Nothing New Under The Sun

How many times have you noticed that the same idea seems to show up over and over again in your life. Every blog you seem to read is about personal development or dreams or spirit guides or abundance or something else that different writers seem to pick up to write about unknown to each other at the same time?

Earlier in the week I read an archived article written by someone, sorry but I have read so many new blogs this week that I don't remember who you were, that was afraid someone else might assume that she had taken his idea and written about it on her blog and then didn't give him credit for having the idea first.

I think the Universe cycles and recycles ideas and those of us in tune with those ideas pick it up and write about it. Is it synchronicity or just luck that everyone picks up on the same idea at the same time?

Patricia,
I enjoy reading your blog and often I find that you write about something I am thinking about at the time.
I believe that everything happens for a reason. If that is what Luck is, OK.
I want to thank you for writing and let you know that I am enjoying learning from you. (I also read several books at the same time, too.)

Diane, thanks for leaving your words of encouragemnt. I always enjoy finding out that my writing reaches out and affects others in a positive way. I love books and information probably as much as I love watching people and learning from them.

The content might not be new, but since language keeps on changing and developing, it is good that ideas will be told in new way, in the words of the current generation.

Sam, I agree with you. Using a variety of ways to say the same things ensures that more people will get the true meaning of an idea.

Patricia,

I believe that we are all plugged into a collective channel and that ideas/concepts whose time has come choose us an individuals to be vessels. Sometimes, multiple people are vessels for the same idea. I've often noticed that ideas that I hold onto and don't release into the world find their way without me.

Slade, yes, that is exactly what I am talking about. I have a friend who is constantly ignoring ideas that come to her and later she finds someone else who expressed it or invented it and then she wishes she had done something with the information. Ideas usually take some kind of action on our part. She is content to watch others instead of acting. The biggest lesson that she has taught me is to not push her, to let her be. I am more of an action person.
